Sausage and Gravy Casserole

½ lb Pork Sausage (can use more if you like a lot of sausage)
1 Pkg Sausage Gravy mix (found near spices or soups, in the store, I think)
6 eggs
1/3 cup milk
¼ tsp. salt
1 T. butter
1 tube of refrigerated biscuits

Cook sausage and chop up into small pieces
In a saucepan (or in the microwave) cook the gravy according to package directions
Add sausage to gravy and stir well
In small bowl beat eggs, milk and salt together, then pour into fry pan and do a “soft” scramble in the butter
(I might try a soft scramble in the microwave in the glass bowl I mix the eggs and milk in)
In a small rectangular (greased) baking pan, layer gravy, then eggs, then gravy, then eggs
Top with biscuits
Bake 20 min. at 350 or until biscuit tops are brown.
