Neko's Favorite Green Smoothie

1 cup romaine lettuce
1 cup blueberries, strawberries, or raspberries
1/2 banana
small amounts of any other fruits I have available (I sometimes throw in frozen rhubarb slices.)
3-4 oz. plain or flavored yogurt
approx. 1 cup water or Almond Breeze almond milk - unsweetened
1 - 2 Tbsp. walnuts or sunflower seeds

I blast this mixture in my Nutribullet until it is smooth but a good blender should work just fine.
