Juicing For A Healthier Life

One of my main juices has the following ingredients and I have this one quite often:

Handfull of Spinach (Fiber)
1/4-1/2 a Banana sliced (Potassium)
Handful of Berries mixed or any kind (I use Blueberries, Strawberies) (Anti-Oxidents)
1/4 Cup Almonds (Omega 3 Oils)
2 Tbsp of Flaxseed (Omega 3 Oils)
Spring Water (I use a 16 oz water bottle and then I take that and split 1/2 water with 1/2 cranberry juice (or any juice of your choice).

Put all items into a blender. If you want, you can add more of the water if your juice is too thick. It's your choice how thick or runny you want it. This has replaced my morning breakfast and it works for me. Although it doesn't look pretty, it is pretty tasty.......enjoy!!

Please Note: If you put your fruits are frozen then your texture for the juice is more of a smoothie instead of a juice. But it is still very healthy and good for you.
