1 lb. hamburger, browned and drained
3 1/2 cups water
2 cups coarsely chopped cabbage
2 16 oz. cans diced tomatoes
1/2 cup sliced celery
1 cup sliced carrots
1/2 onion, diced
1/2 tsp. dried oregano
1/2 tsp. dried basil
3 16 oz. cans of beef stock
salt and pepper to taste
1/2 cup uncooked Minute Rice
Brown and drain the hamburger. Add the hamburger to the crockpot. Add water, cabbage and all ingredients except the rice. Set the crockpot to low and cook for 7-8 hours. Set the temperature on high and add the 1/2 cup of Minute Rice. Stir well. Cover and cook for 30 minutes longer or until the rice is cooked.
