Taco Salad Chip Dip - 2 versions

Neko's Dip:

Mix together:
2 - 8 oz. pkgs. cream cheese &
16 oz. bottle of taco sauce (mild, medium or hot - as you like it)

Spread this mixture in the bottom of a 9x13" pan. Top with chopped black olives, chopped fresh tomatoes, and shredded lettuce. Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese (or other shredded cheese if you like) over the top. Serve with taco chips, Doritos, etc. (I like the taco scoop chips.)



Tracker's Dip: 

I make a dip something like this, but I spread one large can of Hormel Chili with Beans on the bottom of the casserole dish, then spread the cream cheese mixture, olives, green chilies, cheddar cheese.  Then bake for about 40 minutes until bubbly.......serve with tortilla chips.  Now that’s some good eating.
