1 can of Pillsbury Crescent rolls
1 lb of Jimmy Dean sausage hot or mild
1 bag of Ore-Ida Hash Browns O'Brien (with onions & green peppers)
4 or 5 eggs beaten with fork and seasoned with salt & pepper
1 lb of grated cheddar cheese
Bottom Layer: roll out the crescent rolls and press to the bottom of an 13 x 9 oblong dish or pan; Next layer: brown and crumble sausage, drain thoroughly and spread over crescent rolls; then spread the potatoes O'Brien over the sausage; beat the eggs and spread over the potatoes and top with the cheddar cheese. Bake at 375 for 30 minutes
