This makes two crusts
3/4 cup Wesson oil
3/4 cup milk
3 cups sifted flour
1 ½ tsp salt
Pour the oil and milk into a bowl and beat with a fork until creamy.
Pour this mixture over the dry ingredients. Toss and mix with fork.
Form dough into ball, and divide it in half. Roll each between two squares of wax paper (wipe table with damp cloth so paper will not slip). Remove top sheet; place dough in pan; peel off the other sheet of wax paper. Fit and trim, then fill. Bake at 375° for 15 to 20 minutes or until filling is done.
