Colgate Wisp Review

While it will never replace a regular toothbrush, the Colgate Wisp mini-toothbrush does a fair job of cleaning your teeth and a good job of freshening your breath while on the go.

During a recent family vacation my sister gave me a Wisp mini-toothbrush to try. After first using it, I was inclined to agree with her that it would only be useful if you were stranded at the airport and had forgotten to pack your regular toothbrush in your carry-on luggage. But after thinking about it, I have decided that it would probably be a great item to have handy for after-lunch business meetings and other social emergencies.

While the three-inch brush is fairly awkward to use, it is long enough to get to hard-to-reach places with a little maneuvering. The mini-brush is disposable, doesn’t require water, and the small dot of breath freshener in the center of the bristles leaves a very nice taste in your mouth when you are finished brushing. It is not messy like a regular brush and toothpaste (it does not bubble or foam like regular toothpaste while you are brushing). The package is small enough to keep in your purse, or your desk drawer at work, or your car glove box. I plan on picking up a few packs for those times when I am away from home and want to make sure my teeth and breath are clean and fresh.
