Solar Energy Works

Three years ago I decided to check out solar energy. It was something I'd been interested in for a long time, but now I needed to use electricity "off the grid." There was simply no electrical service where I needed it.

I started out by purchasing a 165 watt solar panel and hoped I wasn't wasting $700.

I wasn't disappointed. Not by a long shot. Not only did it do everything I wanted it to, we experienced a flood and the panel was knocked over and underwater for two days. When it dried out, it just kept running. Like the energizer bunny!

I've delved deeper into solar power over the last three years, and I hope to show you some great, easy ways that you can go solar, too.

In the next few weeks, I'll tell you the mistakes I made as well as the successes I've had.

Solar energy works. Solar energy works well.

One thing you'll want to do is read more on solar energy. One source of information can be found at DIYSolar. Click Here! for DIYSolar.

They have found the cheapest source for all of your solar power generator parts. They can show you how to build the actual solar panel and connect solar panels together.

We've seen solar-powered laptops before, but never one that promised to be this energy efficient. WeWi claims the SOL never actually needs to be plugged into an electrical outlet to charge. solar panels for homes
